What was in the description from where you bought it?
Did you know that you were buying a (posssibly cheap) card that didn't work?

The seller sold it probably for a good reason..:(

Anyways, check out the VBIOS collection.

Have you tried clicking the Lookup button on the main tab in GPU-Z?

Probably one of many cards to be swarming the fleaBay and such sites with 580 bios flashes which have gone bad hmm :fear:

Dude you need the sku and exact model number to find the correct bios. If it doesnt have a dual bios switch, your chances of flashing to fix it are slim to none.

https://forum.ethereum.org/discussion/9443/bricked-your-rx-480-due-to-bad-flash

That pretty much fixes any bad flash, so if anyone sees some "dead" cards on ebay for cheap let me know, I have no problem fixing them up and reselling them for a quick 200 dollar profit.
Unless they have physical damage its all pretty easy to fix, once you are able to flush the bios you pretty much cant mess up a card without melting something on it.
