I need your recommendations for a graphics card.

Usually I would recommend overclocking that cpu to avoid bottleneck.
But your motherboard would not support it.
And its all depends of games you play and monitor you have and how much eye candy you want to enable.
RX1060 and RX480 are very hard to find with this mining thing, if you can find them at descent price.
A lot of times 1070 is being overseen by miners.
I was able to find one on Craigslist for $350, which is as much as people are asking for gtx1060/rx480.
And GTX1080 would be and overkill for your CPU.
If you want to go cheaper and get descent fps and quality you might want to consider GTX 1050ti and RX 460 they are not good for mining so you can get one paying the regular price.
A month ago I would say wait for rx VEGA.
But by the looks of it it will be slower and more expensive so I don't think will cause any movement on nvidia side or be worth buying.

I'd say a GTX1060 6GB, if you have a good PSU of a reputable brand as Durvelle said.
Recent Nvidia cards are more power efficient than the latest GPU's from AMD.(and it seems it will be that for a little longer)

I'd say at least a GTX1050Ti , or a GTX1060 6GB if you can find it affordable.

Personally I wouldn't buy any used graphics card.

I'd look for a GTX1060 6GB, don't know where you live but if they do mining a lot in your country, new cards may be more expensive than usual.

Second hand with the current prices on video cards honestly is a good choice. You get wiggle room to negotiate on price and can get equal performance at a lower price. If youre on a budget, then for sure go second hand, its higher performance per dollarso will benefit you. Preferably find someone who can show you a working card in his/her system before purchase.

If that isnt feasible, aim for RX480/580/ GTX 1060 6GB and get the one with the lowest price. They are all very close in performance. Avoid the 3GB 1060.

Personally, second hand cards have served me well. Bought 2x gtx 660 new, sold them second hand and bought 2nd hand 770, traded up to 2nd hand 780ti and so on. Its a cheap way to keep upgrading for small sums of cash, as long as you dont let the cards turn obsolete (ie swap to new cards yearly/biyearly).

Either get a used card now or wait for a couple months now that miners are trying sell off cards that will drop prices back to reality.

I was asking how much the card was worth. I have not kept up with graphic cards. I'm shocked how much help I got.

you have been asked twice to fill out your current specs so we can better help you. We would also like to assume you do know how to use google, or your preferred search engine, to find stuff we suggest here. Sorry if you're offended by the little help we are trying to provide but if the information you give us is incomplete there is only so much advice/opinion we can give that might be worth anything to you. Afterall, we dont want you going to other sites and calling us id'jits for steering you wrong.

There were several suggestions for which cards to look at. Try Ebay to get an idea of what they are worth second hand and then try newegg for new pricing. Then choose a budget and go back and find the card you want. Come back and post if you cant decide between several cards.
