Occasional video distortion, Audio tearing, SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION when running siSoftware Sandra

Hi guys.
New PC owner here. It has been so far, a frustrating experience. A brother who has built computers in the past has helped me building it, but we cannot find any solution to fix the amount of problems we're facing. At some point, he touched the setup without being grounded and even bent the mobo a little. Said it would be fine.

Another brother and I chipped in so we could share this beauty, but for now it's been all gloom.

At some point, the system was working "fine". Luck of the beginner, I suppose. That was after a whole system reset.
Some little audio tearing, but very rare and games working perfectly. But after I installed MSi afterburner, and the Intel overclocking software, it has gone downhill. We didn't even try to overclock anything and the audio tearing came back. Now, even the menu of CSGO tears the sound like hell. Haven't tried to launch the game. Sometimes, the video is distorded in youtube videos.
SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION when running siSoftware Sandra's analysis and advice. It happened when checking the processors. Before it crashes, it says that there is no TPM.
Maybe should try burning it but I'm expecting the same result.
I've tried resetting the entire computer since: nothing good came out of it. it never got back to being decent.

Wondering if it's software or hardware now... Heard about all the drivers issues with Windows 10.
Some help would be appreciated, thanks in advance guys

update : no more video tearing. We used an optical drive that still functions on an USB 1. So old and was ventilating a lot. Since we removed it, no more of that.

Here is the audio issue
okay lets back up a bit, Did you install all your Motherboard drivers after you installed Windows? Doing the Chipset driver first then rebooting and installing the rest?

My brother took care of that, told me he installed the drivers before I got there. Issues still persist. Should we uninstall the drivers then reinstall ?

Played CSGO without sound and the player models were leaving sort of a white trail behind them when their movement was fast... Any idea on how I could fix that?...

Too many hands in the pot, so yes please install (or reinstall but no need to uninstall) the motherboard drivers and begin with the Chipset driver then reboot and do the rest of them and retest and report back. all your mobo drivers are located here>> http://www.gigabyte.us/Motherboard/GA-Z270X-UD3-rev-10#support-dl

h
could you post a picture of that please because that sounds like the mobo riser in the wrong mounting hole.

can't seem to install any of the chipset drivers. When I click on the files extracted, nothing happens...

When troubleshooting, it says the audio driver isn't installed correctly. But it can't fix the issue by itself. Has been better since installation of the driver but still crackling a lot

Are you unzipping the files first before trying to install them?
EDIT: Example is create a new folder then open the downloaded file then drag all files from the downloaded zip file folder into the new folder then install from the new folder.
DON'T INSTALL RIGHT FROM THE ZIP FILE. Not yelling just stressing;)

EDIT2: I'm going out in a minute and will not be back until late tonight, so I'm hoping that some of TPU's skilled members will jump in for further assistance!

After doing so, it told met that the chipset drivers would be a downgrade
For now, youtube videos on chrome are distorted: for some reason, it works just fine on edge, so I'm using this at the moment. Sometimes, there would be a white line appearing in some windows, before going away just as easily. What could cause this ?

I've read online that there might be incompatibility issues with realtek drivers on windows 10. Since I could definitely use a sound card for audio recording purposes, I was thinking about getting one that would not use said drivers
Would the Sound Blaster Audigy Rx 24 bits 192 kHz have its own ?
After all those drivers installations, sound is rarely crackling but after a while, it may occur again. Restarting the used application seems to make it go away, for a while

Thank you SO much for the help and patience! You've been amazing despite my blatant ignorance on the topic, but everybody gotta start somewhere :toast:

Edit: disabled hardware acceleration and now, chromes works just fine ! :)
