Is it just reading the fan under the wrong thing? Stop the fan and see if the MB fan gets reported as stopped.

Looks like pretty cruddy software tbh, you might have more luck just connecting the fan to a cpu fan header and controlling it with speedfan or setting up a proper fan curve in teh bios.

Have you got the fan connected to the header on the pump?

yes i have connected the pump via the USB cable. the pump is working, i can see the flow per minute. and i show a MB fan working but the H80I fan on the cooler is the one that is not working i think?

I'm pretty sure you just have the fan plugged into the wrong header and the fan it's showing as the "MB Fan" is the fan on the H80i. Make sure it's plugged into the CPU_FAN header at the top of your motherboard.

No, I meant there should be an either a 3 or 4pin female fan connector on the pump itself that you connect your fans to, then a 3 pin that you connect to the CPU header, and then you connect the pump with a USB, so that the software can read the fan and pump speeds simultaneously.

I know that's the case on some AIO's, but looking at the quick start guide that's not the case on this cooler, it just says it should be plugged into the cpu_fan header on the motherboard, there's only a USB connection on the pump itself.
