SSD %100 load in Task Manager but cant find cause

Hey guys!
Just fresh installed Windows 10 on this brand new alienware.
Laptop comes with a 256GB NVMe SSD Samsung PM951.
I have installed all drivers and I am having an issue.
For some reason my disk load shows %100 in the task manager.
My hdd utilization indicator is flashing like crazy as I am typing right now.
The funny thing is I feel absolutely no slow downs and the computer is quiet fast.

I have checked for firmware updates on the SSD, latest drivers for the storage controller and chipset.
Also tried the MSI mode registry fix to no avail.
This is quiet annoying and I am really trying to remedy this pain in the ***.
Any idea lads?

What are the 17 services running? Expand Service Host: Local System.

Sorry guys were are my manners!
Additional info:

-Remainder of processes have no disk load
-computer came with a second drive in RAID configuration (I removed the second drive switched to AHCI)
-Unit is a 17R3 6820HK, 32GB DDR4, GTX 980M 8GB GDDR5
-CHKDSK came back clean
-Read speed is over 1GB/s so thats looking good as well

my 850EVO was getting Killed by the Fall creators update yesterday.....dunno if your going through it too. It was surprising, because even under massive load, tmy Drives barely ever reach 40% load.....it was off putting to see it maxed 100% for an extended period of time.
