For some reason, whenever I hear about "cloud" peripherals, I remember mice and printers labeled "Y2k ready".
At least this doesn't seem to gate functionality behind an online account like Razer, so that's a huge improvement.
Also, looking at how profiles don't really work on my G.Skill keyboard, I'll take a less user-friendly interface that works over that any day ;)
The price though...

Bigger when clicked. 720x720 is tiny and it's hard to see details.
