I bought this monitor when they had this deal last month. It was decent, had some noticeable backlight bleed along the top and bottom. I ended up returning it since I'm in college now and need space, plus LCD prices still seem to be dropping.

my wife is asking me to just go with a 26" TV instead. why bother hooking a TV + HD tuner + software + remote crap.

looks like a good basic monitor for the price. if someone is looking for screen space and basic DVD viewing, etc....its a nice deal
