Upload the Vbios via GPU-z to the data base online so it can be confirmed, that way people will know it's safe to use.

Indeed, I wouldn't trust it. Could be malicious for all we know, designed to either infect or brick the PC.

That "60% performance gain" in games is a dead giveaway, since no BIOS update ever, gives gains like that, if any. At most a few percent here and there for an overclock and that's it.

Also, this user logged his post 13:30 my time and logged out straight away at 13:30, which is strange, too. I think this thread should be deleted.

Oh well, at least that short Russian video is recorded at 60fps and has a great trance backing track... it's actually seriously good. There's a link to the full track underneath the video.

a "bios" that increases performance by 60% is nothing else than a scam.
