alternate ( germany ) has them , also other products of them ... I enjoy their TKL mecha with PBT Pudding Keycaps ( DE Layout , hard to find DE Layout PBT Pudding ), and their cordura mousepad is also good

16 Ohm headphone impedance is quite low and it means that the source's output impedance should, ideally, be less than 2 Ohm. Most onboard soundcards have way higher output impedance, unfortunately.
It might not make a big difference, however, because it depends on the impedance curve and the overall frequency response of the headphones.

But ideally, Realtek would step up their game and start improving their headphone outputs, so that we don't have to worry about this stuff.
