2D clocks stuck when flash in background

I have 2 monitors. I had flash video streaming on one screen and 3D game on other. Now while flash video in the background, my clocks set to 400/900, and they stay like this even when in fullscreen 3D game. Kinda sux...

No it doesn't, lol. All you do is stream or play games. Better yet, I think you can disable that from CCC. I think you uncheck "Enable Smooth Video Playback".
