According to this char, 1650 Super is %135 more efficient than 3050Ti

However, this is not the case. 3050 Ti is far faster in almost all reviews and game tests. So am i missing something here?

Efficiency has nothing to do with performance. It is refering to the power efficiency. The 3050Ti is a faster card but it is much much less power efficent.

You are comparing relative performance of a mobile card (RTX 3050 Ti mobile) with a desktop card (1650 Super). Since mobile cards are usually power constrained and the desktop cards not, the result makes sense ... The desktop version of the RTX 3050 Ti (if we ever see one) will definitely be faster than 1650 Super ...

if you look they misstated efficency, the char does indicate performance.
