I'd go with at least a 450 for what you are running. Don't forget tha on most PSU's, when they say "350" thats is the max power it can produce. Most don't even hit that. The more power the better, and you wont get any problems of insufficent power. Go with a OCZ Modstream or Powerstream as they are really powerful and aren't to pricy. Plus when they say 450 or 520 watts and so on, they actually run at that and will have a higher max power when needed.

350 watt is not very sufficent for a high end system, they are more for the buget system that runs low end components. If your running power stuff, like the 3800+ your getting and a high end video card you will need that extra power. The more power they have, the less work they need to do to run compenents. Most video cards need a least a 300watt psu. The 350 your getting probably produces 350 at peak power. There for it will be pushing to run things and that causes voltage drops and in stability in your power. Its much easier to spend the extra now and get a good PSU instead of having to get one down the road due to power problems. A good PSU is a vital component to a good stable system.
