360mm vs 420mm for 1700x 1,5v ?

i wonder if at 1,5volt would the 420mm cooler than the 360mm by 10*c or not......because the price of the 420mm is double , i only use this rad for my CPU

ryzen normally runs into a frequency wall and even if you throw more voltage at it wont go higher. a 420mm rad will give you better cooling but the 360mm will keep it well within thermal limits even at those volts.

back in 2016 i purchased lots of 8 and 16gb ddr4 when it's about 24$ for the 8gb and 16 was 50$.....really cheap back then , i browse web alot and chrome takes tons of memory , around 800-1xxx tabs per day...

I hope we see those ddr4 prices again. I remember paying in the $40's for 16Gb's of DDR4
