40" 4k (3840x2160) monitor

I wouldn't mind a 40" 4k (3840x2160) monitor for multitasking and casual gaming with an ips panel

It just seem to me that the only one is a philips BDM4065UCand i prefere someting from asus,acer,dell,lg

What choices do i have for a 40" 4k (3480x2160), i want an above gaming experince beside the resolution (might game in 1080 since i only have a gtx 1060 6gb) and size of the monitor i want lnput lag,responce time and ghosting to be so goodt that it's very good for casual gamers and okay for harcore gamers

max price used or new under 700€,800$

I can't find another 40" monitors other than the one from philips, i would like a 40" since 43 is just a bit to big

I don't know where i can't find,more 40" monitors, i have a Dell U2515H and i prefer it to a Dell U2715H i guess it would be about the same as 43 vs 40" (besides the available space width i have on my desk).

Hi gasolin, i have a Wasabi Mango UHD430 that use an AH-IPS pannel from LG and a response time of 5ms GTG. There is a variant called UHD400 that is 40" and use a VA pannel that is the IPS version made by Samsung.
Recently LG have come out with is 43" 4K Monitor that is IPS .
For what i have seen the new from LG is good but don't have Freesync and the response time is 8ms GTG
There are other brands that have 40" and more 4k monitor but you have look at what pannel they use.
The first made by Philips used a bad pannel .
The Newer i have heard is better.
IIyama have 40" and even more too same goes for VIZIO.

I don't see where a 4K monitor is needed. 4K does not provide better multitasking and "occasional gaming" does not seem to demand 4K either. You will have more options if 4K is not a requirement.

I want more space so i cam multitaske more, have more windows open, i can't just add a 3 monitor if i need more space.

Despite me only having 2 eyes i like to have alot of twitch windows open, camchat,facebook, hardware forum and tv,video,tidal or youtube in full screen on my secondary monitor.

Almost like a stockbroker who always have alot of screens windows open so they can check alot of things all the time, i just do it with cam chat,twitch,tv,facebook,youtube.............

I bought a samsung TV 40 inch , worth it. model mu7000 , it good for monitor and gaming. lag input low about 10-20ms.

All of these 3 tv's are with in my price range and 3840x2160,they are just surpose to have something that makes them good to use for a pc and wasn't the gaming mode jerry (barnacules nerdgasm) was talking about

Look for the other models like the UHD 420 or the one from Vizio, IIYAMA or ACER and the new from LG.
Buying a tv could be good only if you don't game at all because the only ones with a decent response time cost a lot.

The 38" is not 3840x2160 all are to expensive except for a Dell UltraSharp U2718Q but that is to small although for a premium ultra hd 3840x2160 monitor the price is good
