I can't push it more. But it is not wiggling when i try to move it like Steve(GN) did in his video. But it "looks" like there is a gap. Is this okay?

Nvidia recommends that you connect the power cable to the GPU before you connect your GPU to the MB. My best guess is that doing it this way allows you to use more upward and downward force while inserting the power cable into the GPU.

If the GPU is installed and you're pushing down hard trying to plug in the power cable, the MB may be flexing too much and you can't get enough upward force from it to make sure the power cable is plugged in all the way.

I feel you. Still, one would hope those stories are mostly just adapters, but I would be putting it in very carefully myself for sure...

I did it that way but yeah.. and im using riser so i guess i can push down hard wihout worrying that much.

It seems ok in this blurry picture. The 12 pin section looks like closed tightly. The "gap" at 4 sense pins connector is not really the gap but the partially opened cover.

All of the images are misfocused. If there is a gap, it's just a big blur. Try backing the phone away, you might be too close.

one sign of loose connector is the heat, just test it a little then check how hot the connector
if it's normal, it means it just sit right
