45mm thick 360 cooper radiator good for 1 cpu + 2 GPUS ?

I'm making a use of my old gtx 480s
My specs is ryzen 1800x will get to 4-4.1 ghz at 1.3-1.4 volt
2 GTX 480 only GPU block or half cover block to 950-1000mhz
will a single thick radiator would be enough for me ? or should i need to add in another 120 or 240mm slim radiator just in case ?

Those Two 480 are going to be your biggest Problem , they run hot a lot i had two of those i know how much Juice they suck.

One 360 should be enough for both cards maybe. Both your cases support two 360´s you might want to upgrade to another.

your best bet is to separate the GPU and the CPU into separate loops... a 240 will actually be enough for the 2 gpus alone (depending on your noise threshold) and will keep them in the 60's which is fine for them, but if they are dumping their full wattage into the same loop as the cpu it will give you some horrible temps on the CPU side... as in, you would be better off with an aircooler or AIO temps.

I used to run some monster loops with tons of rad, and then realized that compartmentalizing the heat is way more efficient. GPUs will run just fine in a hotter loop (and still WAYYY better than the air cooling solutions) where as a CPU will not do so well - to the point that you would actually be better off with high end air.

Also a 1.4v ryzen puts out some heat...if you do go with the single 360mm option and anything below 1500RPM fans and decide to load that system fully (OCCT + heaven for example) it will overpower that rad - if you left everything at stock it would be fine.

waterpump and fans will be pretty important, but mostly yes...

if possible add another 120mm just for CPU, 360mm used for GTX 480 sli,

I would not bother to put those 480s under water. Instead I'd look to buy a more recent GPU that is faster and is just as quite on air. Seriously , the hassle is just not worth it.

it's like i didn't have money to wc and get the 480 when it was there back in the old days, i plan to collect all GPUS and have set up some rigs for them .

I have a similar issue, but worse I have 2 Vegas to cool
My Alphacool 420 rads are struggling to cool them. One being a Monsta 420 and the other being 45mm.
