What aftermark cooler for a 4870 would you recommend? I'm looking for something inexpensive, easy to install, cools alright...

The best option is the Acrtic Cooling Accelero S1 Rev. 2. Very cheap + cools awesome with a fan attached. You can either pick up the turbo fan mod which is specifically designed for the S1 or you you stick a couple of 120mm fans on with cable ties for uber cooling.

It also comes with ramsinks and a VRM sink. Took me about 20 mins to install.
