Does the voltage selection work? Without a "hardware" mod.
I did choose the 1.3 in the dropdown, under the clock selection but didn't pick the 1.3 in the voltage table. But in gpu-z it shows 1.26, or something around there.
What is the "bios voltage table" selection?

If you can select 1.3 volt out of the dropdown box, it is supported by your bios. But keep in mind the voltage regulator of today cards are often hardlocked so it can't give you more voltage without doing a hardware mod.

The possible voltages for the x2 (stock bios on reference card) are 1.0125 V, 1.0625 V, 1.1625 V and 1.2625 V (labeled in RBE 1, 1.05, 1.15 and 1.25 V). Even if you select a higher voltage from the dropdown menu in RBE and flash the modified bios, it is still not possible to go higher than 1.2625 V because RBE does not modify the section of the bios that writes in the VRM the possible applicable voltages.

But this raises another question. What should the card be using when in full 3d at full standard clocks?

You can get by running 1.150 via RBE or Tray tools, but not at 1.050, which is only suitable for 2d 500/500 clocks.

[...] because RBE does not modify the section of the bios that writes in the VRM the possible applicable voltages.

That's by design because the possible applicable voltages are hard wired on the card and can't be changed anyway.
