5700xt trouble with the rig

Hello,

I have one 5700 XT, 2X 5600 XT and one RX 580 mining altogether on RVN.

I played games on this and stress test the GPU on my PC and it works perfectly fine however when it's installed to the rig it make a lot of trouble and restarts. Whenever I boot the rig Every other card is available but 5700 XT is either not booting or it's not working properly.

I have changed the riser, the power cable, and everything else suspected however, I also use the riser the power cables of an other working GPU but still this card is not loading or working properly.

Just to test out the frequency I bought more than 15 times just to get it loaded and after a few minutes that started for unknown reasons. It's been three days. I have removed the 5700 XT and everything is working as intended and I did not had any restarts.

It seems like a bios issue, I bought this card on eBay and I don't have its box or anything. I'm sharing some of the pictures of the card. Let me know if you can help me find the right bios for this card.

Can you even pull up gpu-z info on it along side of another card?

Hello,

I don't know much advanced stuff but I have installed the 5700 xt to another windows PC. Installed the GPUZ and take the screenshot of the first screen and I hope it helps. If you need any other kind of screenshots or information, please do not hesitate to let me know.

If you're referring to taking a screenshot with other cards using the hiveos then I don't know how this works and I never run Linux on my life. Somebody set it up the rig for me in Linux.

Ok in Windows, please click the advanced Tab, get a screenshot in there, then by the word general in the advanced tab there is a V, click that V and change to the next menu items and get screenshots from them please

It would be in your best interest to take the heatsink off and get a picture of a ram chip, also replace the thermal grease with a thermal pad and the ram thermal pads with something like Thermalright Helios or Thermalgrizzly Kryosheet, or PTM. Measure the gaps between the chips and heatsink, then add .25-1.0mm to compensate for pressfit

Any update regarding the BIOS?

It took me a while because I did not have the screwdriver for opening the GPU.
please check those pictures and let me know if you need anything else.

PCB Part number 190612KLA seems to belong to a XFX RX 5700 Raw II (https://www.reddit.com/r/graphicscard/comments/mofl54/xfx_rx_5700_xt_raw_ii_caught_fire/)
