I'm having an issue that my system crash randomly, I can't find any pattern to reproduce the crash, it is too random, sometimes idle sometimes in gaming.
when it happens the motherboard debug light is stuck at DRAM, black screen and keyboard backlight goes off, the reset bottom does nothing, I have to hold the power button to reboot the system.
I tried to use memtest86 and windows memtest tool, all pass no issue with memory.
the OS is fresh installed windows10.
bios settings I changed are PBO and DOCP to enable, I'm not messing with voltage or others.

my system part:
Aio: krakenZ53
Mem: Gskill tridentZ 3200 8G *4 (i use these memories all the way back to 7700K then 3700X never having a similar issue. )
GPU: 1070-o8g
PSU: v750W GOLD (this is new)

could be dust when you plug your parts together on the motherboard..

Hummm. The motherboard is new only rams are old, but I have clean those Golden finger before I install them, shouldn't be a problem.

are the bios and drivers up to date?
maybe the ram you used for 7700k not compatible with 5800x
i have heard the ryzen processors can be a bit choosy when it comes to ram,
hopefully another forum member can clarify that for ya

After I removed a PCI-E to M.2 adapter card, this system ran for 3days without crashing; I think the problem is solved? Probably I need to give some more time to confirm.
BTW: AISUIT3 keeps crashing after windows update, and "asusfancontrolservice.fancontrolmanager" is not working. how to fix it? or this just an issue that causes by windows update that I have to wait Asus to fix it

is not the problem with PSU. MOTHERBOARD. PCI-E devices.
is the problem with aura sync software.
after I uninstall the aura from the system everything backs to normal.
