Both have been used very sparingly.

5960X and an i3-6320 which has been delidded.

CPU's will come with only with the plastic clamshell as pictured.

Any additional information on the i3? Curious what interface material was used when it was put back together and what is that blue fiber in the photo?

Blue fiber is shop towel, the lid is loose not glued back together.

Thermal Grizzly was used.
