Those used to go for $120 last year. It's a decent Sandy Bridge machine, which I believe can be upgraded even up to Ivy bridge.
Throw-in a low-profile GT1030 and you have a decent MOBA machine.... or GTX1050Ti!
Built an i5-2500S rig for one of my customers based on this thing. SSD and more RAM make it fly.

I've had quite a few of the 6000, 6200, and 6300's pass through my hands. Solid running little machines. I agree with silentbogo...toss in a GTX 1050 ti and a little bit better processor...and a nice low budget gaming rig is at hand.

The core i5 2500 coupled with the GTX 1050 ti is pretty popular.

The HP Compaq 6000 series is an LGA 775 socket with DDR3. It came out late, even up until 2009, almost a stop-gap after the 5800 series. What I like about that particular pc is that you can literally switch out the motherboard with the 6200(Sandy) or 6300(Ivy) model and no other parts are needed. Even the CPU cooler works whether it's LGA775 or LGA1155. The kicker is the replacement motherboards are both under 20 bucks. So you could theoretically have one pc with three motherboards to play around with. I've seen the 6000 series go for $25 locally. I was given two of them for free. Fun to play around with.
