Can someone please save me some googling time? Years ago i found some free program that could take a low fps video source and make it run like it is filmed in 60 fps. I completely forgot the name of this program. Does anyone know of software that does this?

I think he's asking for software which will interpolate video, as far as I know handbrake can't do that, 30 fps video converted to 60 fps without interpolation will still look like 30 fps video.
Yes. Something to make it look like it is 60 fps. I know some people do it for gaming videos. Capture a game that is running at 30 fps on console and then make it look like it is running at 60 fps.

Hand brake can do this, that's how I made 60 FPS versions of movies that we're meant to be 24/30
