Reaching your left retina.
Dont forget the time you were comparing a Fermi and a Kepler in Compute Power on a OpenCL bench and kept on insisting that it was the same test but the discription on that top clearly stated different benching details.

Thats was classic

I was not comparing the scores. I was comparing the RELATIVE scores*. I know you don't know the difference, just like you can't understand why the normalized average performance for other cards is different in GTX 660 reviews. Just like you think Steam numbers are not reliable because you can't understand how statistics work and just like pretty much anything. There's a pattern. You have no idea of how math works and hence you can't understand the simplest thing, like W1zzard's reviews, which is why you are so anal about the scores. They might very well be the only thing you understand on them. Tough stuff, math and stuff... huh

*HD6000 scores were higher in the new bench. Fermi scores were lower on the new test. If you're pretending to say HD6000 is better at compute than Fermi...

no idea what you are talking about.. got a link for me?

Just wanted to point out Nvidia never officially sent out the 660 to reviewers..

Reviewers are based on percentage differance to the AIB Overclocked cards.

I asked w1zzard on released day but he never responded on how he based his 660 numbers.

All 4 GTX 660 w1zzard reviewed have different % when it relates to the stock 660. Well outside the margin of error of 3%.

Just putting that out incase you over looked that when try'n to be unbiased.

on how he based his 660 numbers

I think I answered that.. maybe not in the context of GTX 660.

I flashed the original NVIDIA reference BIOS on the card that was closest to reference (usually ZOTAC). That seemed good enough for performance and power (which is included in the review). But not accurate enough for fan noise (so no ref fan noise numbers). Once cards were available in retail I bought GTX 660 Ti, GTX 660, GTX 650 reference designs with my own money.

All 4 GTX 660 w1zzard reviewed have different % when it relates to the stock 660.
not sure if i understand the problem? these custom boards run different clocks, so yes they are varying amounts faster than the reference design

Thanks. Perhaps in future situation it may be prudent to space out the threads so as to create some space? Instead of hammering them all out at the same time

Heh, Yup Since we were members on Hardware Analysis lol. Once im through the storm of life im going through right now Ill either Take my Bros machine that I built him last year (Phenom II X2 Unlocked to X4) maybe add another 6770 or build an APU based machine. Its what I call Ol Faithful. Ill eventually take it and push it with better cooling for components.

(I honestly feel OC isnt as special anymore as seems majority of Core users are getting 4.5GHz out of their CPUs)
