Hello new here downloaded your GPU-Z program to check my card out have no clue what to look for ;-( Just put in a new Asus Z-97 Pro as a storm knocked out my modem/onboard Nic. I run an i7 4770k @ 4.6 avg temp's 35, 16 GB G skill Ram, 4 Samsung Pro SSD'S in Raid 0 and a 1 tb storage Corsair 750 watt PSU. When you see the spikes in this chart that is running WOW on recommended setting's in which i get more fps drop's, and that 2-3 second stutter . Less frequent when i drop the setting's to good, but still get stutter after a bit. Just trying to diagnose if i got a bad new motherboard, or my old 660 TI is on her last leg's. Here is what i logged. Also did a full reinstall of Window's 8.1 Pro, reinstall of all the driver's a few times, etc. Any tip's insight, and , or criticism will be much appreciated - Bodie

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
Something happened at the 21:4110 and 21:41:11 mark. Suddenly its not reading the memory speed.

That said, there is also some thermal throttling as well as some hitting the power limit.

I would try raising the power limit on your GPU and see if that stops it...
