6950 idle voltage (dual screen)(crossfire)

hi iam running 2 6950 in crossfire both unlockt to utilize the full shaders
but i found something strange:
the idle clock on my main card is 450mhz(dual screen)the voltage is 1.1v .
but with uvd clocks it runs on 500mhz but the voltage is only 1.0v ? what is happening here ?
can some of you please post your idle voltage ?

Same set up -shader unlock.Same results.Driver 11.1a.

In the past,if they lower the core/mem/volts.It will have adverse affects with eyefinity and other programs.I look for them to tweak this in the future for 69xx cards as they did with 58xx cards.
