Hi everyone
I saved my bios via gpu-z then edited it with RBE. I only changed the voltages:
00 - no change
01 - from 0.9 to 0.85
02 - from 1 to 0.95
03 - from --- to 1.062

Everything else remains unchanged.
So my question is: How do i change the voltages or does anyone have a working bios file for a 6970 2gb with lowered voltages?
thank you

edit: The BSOD is while booting, i tested the voltages, they work fine ingame.

I run my 6950/70 @ 1.125v load with stock speeds 880/1375. In rbe u have to GPU registers... not the clock info. Leave that alone.

Are you changing the volts through "GPU Registers" in RBE ??

Thats why then, if the registers are not active that normally means that you do not have the programmable volterra chip which suggests your card is not reference? To be sure either way, can you get voltage adjustment n Afterburner.... of course with the necessary adaptations to the .cfg file?

yeah, rite now im doing it with afterburner, but that programm is sh**. Its nothing compared to ATT: I cant lock it into profiles like i can with att... Normally, my gfx card is clocked as low as possible, 150/150 for example. And when i want to play games, i will switch profile to normal speeds. THis way, the card cant go into udv or even worse, gaming profile when a website has a flash banner. I do this because going into udv or gaming mode rises the temp by about 10°C and the fan will get loud.
Afterburner does not allow my to do it this way because i cant underclock this much, somehow it has built in limits which prevent me from doing so. :banghead:
