With possible unlocking of the second core this could be a good buy.

I had a $100 gift card so with this combo and a stick of crucial 1gb ddr2 800 my total was $99.96.. basically a free stick of ram or a FREE Cpu if you don't need to buy ram
because the price of the combo is the price of just the motherboard alone. HOT deal IMO

Just coming back to report that the Sempron 140 I recieved unlocked to a dual. core x2 440 regor only took 3 minutes.
