7900 xtx nitro to aqua bios flash.

As title states I wanted to try flashing the 7900 xtx Sapphire Nitro+ over to the ASRock aqua Bios to upgrade to the extreme.
I have a ch134a programmer on the way. I have a sogun doddering station.
I also had a question as I have a few of these GD25LQ16ETJGR chips on the way as well to practice flashing on.

Can I use these on my sapphire nitro? I wasn't able to find the GD25LQ16ETJG non Rs.
I also have some old motherboards I plan on practicing removing and adding chips to.

Is there a guide for what I'm doing exactly? From what I've gathered
it's desolder rear sop8 bios chip.
Use ch134a programmer to save and delete old bios.
Flash ASRock aqua bios.
Resolder rear sop8.
Get running?
Upgrade to extreme bios.

What problems have people run into that have done these sorts of things?
Trying to get a top 100 3d mark score for my setup/7900 xtx in general.
God I miss power play tables.
