This is a digital item. Digital delivery information provided by the seller will be made available immediately upon payment.

ummm that dont seem right

NO merchandise is included in this auction! By bidding on this auction you acknowledge that you are bidding on a wholesale list only! You will NOT receive any of the products pictured from me, they are just an example of the types of products that an be found at wholesale pricing using this list. This information will be sent via email as an attachment to the email registered with pay pal, there is no shipping cost or long time delays to receive your item.

PLEASE READ EVERYTHING BEFORE BIDDING.

yeah its a scam your bidding on the right to buy it wholsale. lol meaning you'll pay 50$ for teh right to pay 260$ for the item, nice one.

which goes to show you, always read the whole thing, not just the pretty pictures and specs. lol

No, you are both wrong. You are bidding on the actual wholesale list, not a video card. THis is a common way for scammers to make $$$ from people that buy before reading............

EDIT: Ghost beat me to it............

I just saw this browsing ebay: http://cgi.ebay.ca/Brand-new-8800GT...yZ102491QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

I've never even seen that manufacturer before.
DON'T buy it, the fine print reads this (I would say its a scam):

"NO merchandise is included in this auction! By bidding on this auction you acknowledge that you are bidding on a wholesale list only! You will NOT receive any of the products pictured from me, they are just an example of the types of products that an be found at wholesale pricing using this list. "

EDIT: sorry for my post, by the time I posted this others already replied.

what is a digital item you ask?

ebay said:
Digital Item

A digital item is a computer file or special information that you can access online or have delivered electronically. For example, you might buy an MP3 file of a song (that the seller is legally authorized to sell) and download it to your computer. Or, you might buy an original dessert recipe and receive it from the seller in an email message.

Before you commit to the buy the item, read the listing carefully to determine whether the item is right for you. For example, check the “File type and requirements” section to make sure that you can use the item on your computer system and software.

Purchasing a digital item

Once you decide to buy a digital item, click the Buy It Now button in the listing. You’ll be required to pay the seller immediately using PayPal, which enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account.

After you complete your payment, you’ll receive the seller’s instructions for obtaining or receiving the item. For example, the seller might provide a Web address (URL) where you can go to download the file. Or, the seller might ask you to provide an email address and send the item to you in an email.

Important: Like other non-physical items, digital items are not covered by the eBay Standard Protection Program or the PayPal Buyer Protection Program.

i bolded the most important part of this scam ;)
