    I need a stock cooler for a 8800gt. has to be single slot.

    let me know what you have. i would like to get it as cheap as possible as i dont have much money.

    nope. paulieg's is still for sale. i found a sick deal on a pair of 8800gts alpha dogs for $200.

    did you ever find out how to use the ATI and Nvidia card inside vista ? If something work i can test it first and let you know if it work.

    i have found a few guys that have got it to work one time but not continuously. im still dong research on it.

    Good luck, I was trying to find the same thing a while back. Most people that upgrade their cooling, still want to keep the stock cooler so they can send the card in for warranty purposes if they need to.

    Also, just as a note that might help, this is the same stock cooler as the 8800GS and 9600GSO.

    I have my old 8800GTS g92 fan. Its dual slot though... Cant put back on cause I artic silver epoxied the ramsinks. may work...

    my 8800gts came with the dual slot cooler so im set on a dual slot. i need a single slot cooler.

    i found a few on ebay but they want too much for what it is.

    It's more like an OC GTS G92 in disguise since it's still a 65nm with 128 stream processors and only have 1 SLI bridge port.
