used to be that i could not budge her from stock speeds without a crash, however thats quite different now shes in a different box.
-------------Stock Clocks--------------Over clock
Core----------650mhz-------------------800mhz +18.75%
Shaders------1620mhz------------------2000mhz +19%

gotta like it
I'll add it to the list in a bit
thanks man, im really glad she OC's, i've already returned 2 9600GT's before, the original stock 512mb one thats in this thread from way back (BAD high pitch squeal = RMA), and my first 1GB model that artifacted at stock speed = RMA
i thought this was a dud too until i got it in a different PC all by itself, instead of playing second fiddle to my 9800GTX.
now im happy happy happy

so, do ya think you configuaration was the prob and not the first two cards(cept maybe the squeel)
I'm thinking your gonna do more than 8500 ppd with those cards my 9600 is good for 4300 -4600 ppd @ 825/2100/1000 and the 8600 is good for 2100-2300 ppd @ 875/1912/800. your 9800 should do quite nicely too
