9800SE BIOS flash?

Hello All,


I have a little problem with my old Sapphire Radeon 9800SE 256-bit (Core:324, Mem:310 (Samsung)).I've been running this card on sofmoded drivers for months without problem. No artifacts, all 8 pipelines succesfully unlocked. Now, I'm try to flash BIOS from PRO version, but without success. OK, frequencies are OK (from 324,310 to 380,340) but only 4 pipelines are active.BIOS was download from this site (same manufacturer, same memory producer ).I'm not so sure what I'm doing wrong. Yeah, BIOS was flashed correctly (I tried more of them with same result - only 4 pipelines active)

Could you please give me some advice? Is any hardmode guide around?

Try also BIOSes from other producers. But before that what type memory do you have?

U need to hardmod it to be able to regocnize it as 9800 pro. Search the forum for hardmod, it is easy to make...u just need to make a small short circuit on the core.
