Remove your Corsair H150, clean CPU and the waterblock from the old thermalpaste and then re-apply it . Tighten de screws evenly in a cross order.

Now watch again the temps see if they are better.

i would say its normal when all 16 threads are firing.. i run mine at 5 ghz 1.132 with HT off to avoid such tempts.. :)

Forgot to put thermal paste . Now its at 4.8 ghz 1.24v and still hit 80c in 10m.

The vcore look low to me but dont know why the temp is so high. I thought that h150i pro enough to cool 9900k. Is it because the vram of mobo or the h150i or the 9900k ? Now I runs it at 4.9ghz at 1.27v and the temp 80-85 in real bench.

More information would be helpful

Downlaod HWiNFO https://www.hwinfo.com/, and run it along side Realbench.

Post a screenshot showing both.
