What's wrong with just getting Eneloop?

Energizer and Amazon Basics are also pretty good.
Well, I was on the market anyway and I thought that I may as well pick up some batteries

Bought a 12-pack of batteries as my Chinese ripoff battery pack gives anymore maybe a hour of game time, and I like playing wireless. I don't have any lag even with a 2EUR ebay BT dongle :toast:

It's not got to do with the hardware, when I'm in front of my TV I'm pretty far away. In front of my monitor there's no issue. Can really feel the latency with BT, still there with the adapter but less so. I swap between a pair of Eneloops and Eneloop Pros every 1-2 weeks depending on how much I game.

Yea I know that some good rechargables are much more better choice, I just had to pay some bills so don't have much to spend this month. So batteries it is this month.

For sure. But eventually get some good ones and you can get a lot of use out them. My black Eneloop Pros are pretty new, maybe 2 years old (I was looking for Eneloops but the Pros were cheaper and available), but I vaguely recall my white Eneloops are verging on something like 5 years old at this point. I bought them for when I was still using the G602 as my mouse, and I've taken them to either side of the pond - originally was using regular AAs (got old real quick), and Duracell rechargeables (trash). In the Xbox controller even now it doesn't feel like they've really lost any capacity.

Xbox 360 gamepad FTW ! Rock solid, can fall on the ground without breaking. 11/10 would buy again if I would have to, but knowing it's unbreakable, it's fine :D

I used this THRUSTMASTER 2-in-1 Dual Trigger Controller before the Xbox 360 one :

It was fine but not ergonomic enough. I prefer the fat Xbox gamepad more :D

The rumble feature is pretty strong with Thrustmaster's gamepads but my hands fit better on the fat Xbox gamepads, I still have this old relic of the past because it's a good one.

Actually I don't remember those "duke" controllers, my friend had one but we were kids on the early 2000s (I'm 31) so no memories. I just remember that it was hella big for my hands then when I was 12. PS2/PS3 pad feels small tho these days, but One pad is perfect these days.

I hated the PS1 controller ahah. Games were fun but this small thing in our hands...meh. They kept the little controller design, very light. My Thrustmaster is heavier than the original PS controllers so I prefered to use it when playing PES 2005 and PES 2006 with my friends x)

10+ Programmable buttons I believe. Can be used with or without the included software which I also really like. For 90% of games I use this and a mouse. It changes the position/comfort of your hand quite a bit with the angled spacebar.

Logitech used to sell this: https://www.amazon.com/Logitech-G13-Programmable-Gameboard-Display/dp/B001NEK2GE - Love it but I couldn't get one anyway.
And Razer too, with a few generations of products and this, is the latest one: https://www.razer.com/gaming-keypads/Razer-Tartarus-Pro/RZ07-03110100-R3U1
Apparently, they have the membrane model at a cheaper price too.
With the rise of mobile phone gaming, people tend to use this more I believe.

Benchmark Scores I once clocked a Celeron-300A to 564MHz on an Abit BE6 and it scored over 9000.
Just the regular Xbox controller. Buying the Wireless Adapter fixed every gripe I had about it (Bluetooth lag at range, Bluetooth connectivity issues).
The official Microsoft wireless adapters do seem to make the experience flawless.
I hate that generic bluetooth sucks so hard, but that's just par for the course really.

Is this a gamepad? I have always considered it one but maybe it is not? Redragon K858
I would say no. A gamepad is - by my understanding - a handheld controller whereas what you have needs to be put down on a flat surface and doesn't really work without one.

It sure qualifies as a game controller like a HOTAS or wheel and pedals, but a pad it is not.

Benchmark Scores (My Windows daily driver is a Beelink Mini S12. I'm not interested in benchmarking.)
My primary gamepad is the PS5 DualShock. (I do not own the console.) I understand that there's at least one PC game title that implements the haptic feedback and adaptive triggers but I have not played that game whatever it is.

I have some alternate gamepads including the Google Stadia gamepad, the wired Logitech F310, and the 8bitDO (the latter is too small to be a useful primary gamepad).

I will eventually pick up a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller when I get the OLED Switch.
