Not sure if this fits here or if it's more of a GN thing but it's related to Samsung customer support. I filed a support ticket for my LN46C750 tv because for some strange reason the reds were oversaturing even if I turned everything imaginable that was related to red down on the screen. Samsung set up an appointment with a local repair business to get everything taken care of for me. It had been 12 days and they noticed that my "ticket" wasn't closed yet so they called me last night asking if everything was done. I said no I hadn't heard from the local repair guys, so Samsung said they would exchange the whole TV for me and give me a BNIB unit. Their customer support along with logitech's are by far and away the two best companies I have ever dealt with and I will forever buy their products over competitors even if they cost a touch more.
