Abit IP35V CPU Voltage Issue

Hello all, new to the forum here.

I am having major issues with my abit IP35V board and my E7200.

The System

Abit IP35V
E7200
2x2 Gig of G.SKILL DDR2-1000 CL5-5-5-15 2.1 Volts
PowerUP PS 500 watt - 28 amps on 12 volt rail
EVGA 8800 GT
2 - 500 GB HDD
1 - 160 GB HDD
1 - DVD-RW
1 - ATI 650 pro tuner card

The Problem

I get very poor stability in Windows even at stock settings(I primaraly use Vista but have tried Windows 7 and xp with the same results)

No matter what settings I choose in the bios the voltage always reads as 1.04 -1.048 volts in CPU-Z when the cpu is at 100% load.

Things I have tried

Switching to a low profile, low power ATI video card
only haveing 1 HDD pluged in with lower power video card ( all other drives disconnected)
Leaving everything at default settings
Turning off Speed step/ fan controller things
Manualy setting Ram voltage from 1.8 - 2.1 v
I have tried setting the cpu voltage manualy from 1.07 - 1.325 volts with no change
I have tried channging the VTT
I have tried changing the GTL
I have the newest bios installed (v13)
I have also tried all 3 from abits site ( 11,12,13 )

Solutions...

So please if anyone has any suggestion on what else I can do to try and remedy my problem i would be very gratefull! In the end i want to overclock this chip to 3.1 ish ( just change the fsb to 333)

Sounds like your board may not fully support your chip. Are you using the latest bios available?

Uh reread it! it said he's using the newest

I know the IP35 series has issues with E0 stepping 45nm's, that could be the problem.

thanks for the info! looks like im not the only one screwed. bah. time to save up some money for a new board!
