So other than bad battery life, that's all I need to worry about?

I mean my MacBook Pro never got more than around 2.5-3hr on a full charge surfing the web. Gaming maybe an hour.

It's specs are a 2.16Ghz Core Duo, 2GB Mushkin DDR2-5300, 100GB Seagate Momentus 7200RPM, ATI x1600 Pro 256MB, DVD-RW.

Look at the gateway 7801fx. I been reading around the net that the is a 7805fx which is similar to the 7801fx but sold at bestbuy for 1050. It's not listed on their website, you have to request it @ store. Note all stores have it though. The product# is 9172511.
