AC Freezer64 non-pro vs. Opteron Stock Cooler: which is better?

The Opteron stock cooler with heatpipes is quite good, especially if you use some AS5 with it. It is however quite noisy compared to the AC Freezer 64. As far as performance, the freezer 64 will cool slightly better and be much quieter.

i used the stock cooler when i got my 165, it did quite good for stock, then put my freezer 64 in and cooled a bit better and was definitely more quiet

thx for the input. however i´m still unsure which one to keep, the opty stock cooler is quite a beauty IMO, and i think about modding it with a 120mm fan. that would help me with the noise i guess, but in terms of performance? more experience with opteron stock coolers anyone?
