ok im relly sorry because its my first time using this forum and im really sorry for what i have done but i really dont have that feature to share pictures and i dont have anything els than facebook to send the picture.
but i really grateful for all the help and im gonna try my way out.

Hi


This is not good solder is to much; looks as if the PCB is shorting; wire is touching, legs of the Vbios chip and they are scorched
[dose not look like have tools for this delicate work]

Wire is to thick *if had followed instructions *here would be using wire from 80pin IDE cable or other fine wire
*Note: if had chosen to loop the wire this would not have occurred [*this would have been a better choice as solder skill is not up to par yet]

If can unsolder this mess and start again; remove all the wire shorting pins 1,2,8 & 7 *& [*hope that the solder has not damaged the PCB trace]

Advice: take the vga card to a professional before it is damaged beyond repair
