Is it possible to run a 9600 gt as a physx card using a pcie x1 to x16 ?

Reason behind this is I had a random thought since testing out the physx in mafia 2 benchmark and the cables are inexpensive.

I'm sure it's possible...

Only thing that comes to mind is. How much of the bandwidth will be lost? And is it really worth it?

How are you gonna mount the GPU?

Gonna lay it on its side hanging outside case for now. Maybe I can use foam rubber or something to hold it.

This is like an experiment for me. Just want to try it.
