Dude, this is clearly transformative, and thus falls under fair use. I mean, they added RGB! What else can you possibly ask for? It's the most radical thing you can possibly do to anything, after all.

Hardly. They're still using someone else's copyrighted content to advertise their own products. Putting it on the product itself would have made the infringement worse, but it's pretty clear-cut without it too.
