I am planning on a GPU, 2 additional SSD's 2x 16gb more memory and a Card Reader in the very near future.

Even after adding all components mentioned above & considering 1060/480 as your supposed GPU 500W will be enough for you.
Go for EVGA SuperNova 550/Corsair CX550 M /RM550 /Seasonic SSR 550/G550 according to brand preference.

You will have to spend USD 40-60.
