Advice on buying the Monitor

I need advice on buying the monitor.

I ask you which possible models I can look for, both 27 "and 32" with the following characteristics: the cheapest there is, 1440p resolution, Freesync (Gsync compatible), IPS or VA panel

I recently got an Acer ED273URPbidpx which was the cheapest option available locally here that meets your spec.
It's not officially G-Sync compatible, but it works perfectly.
It's an ok screen for the money, but I'm not going to say it's great. For one, it's not height adjustable and to me, the stand is just a tad too low. At least it's better than most flimsy screen stands you get these days. Note that you need to use a DisplayPort cable to use G-Sync on this monitor and it doesn't come with one.

This seems cheaper locally where you are, but I don't know if it works with G-Sync. It's also a lot more curved, but has a better stand.

I recently bought a 34" MAG341CQ by Msi, its an ultrawide monitor with 100hz + Freesynce going roughly for under $400 usd
Bonus : this monitor is G-synce Compatible and its resolution is 3440x1440 = 5 million pixels
Reason i bought this is ive shifted towards more city building games and single player games.

AOC has 1440p 144 Hz VA model that's suppose to be decent (Q27G2U) . Still, that's VA so black transitions will be slow.

Cheapest IPS alternative seems to be acer vg270u.

If I am going 1440P I would do 27" as that is the highest pixel density at that resolution. I would never do Acer but I have to say for the money they are one of the best values (Since I bought one and love it). Just make sure the specs are what you are looking for. MSI also has some compelling pricing on their monitors as well and LG are are a better value than Samsung but you have to be careful there too, some of their better monitors can be pricey. It used to be a thing but probably not anymore that, you could get B spec 1440P IPS monitors from Korea with Wasabi or QNIX but last time I looked, those units were expensive. There was an AOC (I think) that Hardware Unboxed did a video last week or the week before that seemed pretty good too. I have never had VA so I can't speak on that I will say though that my last 4 monitors have all been IPS except for my QNIX which was an AHVA panel.

What do you think? Do you know them ??
Are they good for what is required?

I correct myself: the C27JG52 and C32JG52 are without freesync / gsync comp.

I never recommend buying the cheapest monitor to meet specific needs. Cheapest possible monitor usually means 'crappy monitor'

Few would argue with PS is better than TN ... I would. I would reword that to:

The best IPS monitors are better than the best TN monitors. But the best $250 monitor is not going to be an IPS monitor as $250 doesn't buy you a decent gaming panel. Another question is ... What about motion blur reduction ? ... G-Sync has it / Freesysnc don't, tho the feature can be added separately by manufacturer. Its a common misconception the G-Sync and Freesync are just different versions of the same thing.... This is far from factual ... see why

We have been using the 165 Hz IPS 1440p models from Asus and Acer for about 5 years ... they are still running $50 either side of $600. Originally, the Asus was using a 10 bit panel, but later switched to a less expensive 8 bit. Acer stil uses a 10 bit AU Optronic Panel
