The Aerocool Aero One Eclipse is a compact ATX chassis with a cool-looking front and solid build construction. On top of that, it offers four fans and a controller that allows for lighting expansion and motherboard control right out of the box.

took the industry a surprisingly long time to bring a properly designed, no (stupid) compromises case down to this price range...

Its basically is a smaller scaled corsair 780T, except they ripped out the optical bay and replaced it with a fan and styled part of it like a 760T. Like if the corsair 760T and 780T had child - it would be this

Hi, it is in the spec table on the first page: 327 mm.

I will look to make this a little more prominent in the spec table for future reviews.

A decent looking case that isn't enclosed on all sides by glass.

It's a step in the right direction, but I still think basic cases peaked several years back. One of the best MATX cases I've ever had was a $40 Rosewill Line-M that managed 4x front USB ports in a highly compact size and yet cases twice the size in 2020 still struggle with more than 2 front ports despite all motherboards since at least 2009 being able to feed 4-6. Side-air intakes that blew cold air directly onto the hottest GPU component (because the last thing any sane function-over-form person would do with a box full of hot components is try and turn the GPU area into a greenhouse by blocking off all lateral airflow...) Finally, front drive bays are about more than just optical drives, eg, the ability to add multiple future USB 3.2 / 4.0 / C ports or perhaps 1-2 Fast Charge ports fed directly from the PSU without changing case is a lot more functional at the front of the case than "but... but... I need 9 fans instead of 8 so I'll place the only C port in the whole system that I use daily right at the back..."

Great attempt but there's at least another 2-3 years of industry un-dumbing down before we're merely back to 2012-2015 pre "if I put Xmas tree lights inside my Grandad's greenhouse, that's what all cases should look like!" functionality levels.

Do you have any idea what the radiator thickness clearance is in the top? I can't see it on the Aerocool website, but it looks like there is a good amount of space there.

Hi guys, im interested in buying this case but i have a massive cpu cooler that is 162mm tall. Specs say that mx cpu cooler clearance is 161mm. Do i have to turn off my expectations and look elsewhere for that single mm of clearance or some of you have some direct reference with this case and a macho rev. B? Thanks in advance

A cool looking design for sure. I was a bit suprised by the performance in temps...etc. Internals could have been thought out a bit better. But, looks pretty good for airflow and decent in liquid cooling setups.

For anyone else interested in this, I ended up buying one of these cases and was able to fit an Arctic Liquid Freezer II 240 in the top. The radiator on this cooler is about 32mm if I remember correctly.
