after bios updating my grafic card gone

hi, i have asus rx460 2 gb and download saphire rx 460 2gb bios and do the update by mistake . after that in task manager i cant see grafic card and when i try to run amd crimson it says first connect amd grafic card.

can somebody help me. i realy sad
