fully understand why not new member and unknown zip file ( a 1.6mb Zipped vid file that's probably to small to be a vid file ).

Because your asking people to open an attack vector on your word , with no explanation and no realistic way to validate that it's not a virus and there's no built up trust yet.
It's being sensible plus your asking for help or debate.

Relax guy.

Seems alright. Just a short vid showing what appears to be 2 different overclocking utilities not cooperating with each other. Which isn't surprising. In the least. I would suggest using one or the other, not both. Or if there's a problem using one while the other is installed, pick one and uninstall the other. Meaning uninstall AGE, or uninstall the Radeon drivers and reinstall them without activating Wattman.

I'm not sure how it is with millennials, but in the adult world, if you have a problem you would like help with, identify it, ask for help, say what you have checked, what the results are, and then you can provide a link or an attachment to demonstrate. And you certainly don't lash out at the volunteers who could provide you assistance.

Most are smarter than that. There are plenty of traditional and safe ways to share a video. Please explore using one of those outlets in the future.
