Many new companies get into making sound cards now but to be fair to Sound Blaster
they are the only ones who make sense to me.
They design their own sound processors that improve sound and I do not mean the crystallizer yoke.
Take Vista as an example - old games just sound crap because Vista removed Direct X execution from hardware. Only Sound Blaster came up with at least some sort of solution
(true it is free only for X-Fi, Audigy folks have to pay $10 for it - that sucks but hey! what are the torrents for...)
I mean Sound Blaster is the only company that seem to care, see the video on this site:

CoD actually does sound bad with no bloody EAX.
Anyone made experience with this software anyway?
