I am looking for a AM2+ Phenom II C2

I believe it was the first gen 940 AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition Deneb 3.0GHz So...

Also looking for DDR2

You wont take AM3?
I have a 565BE up for sale, it unlocks to X3, but will not unlock to a quadcore.

$70 takes it...

I have a 940 be AM2... First Generation Phenom 2 .. DDr2 1066 ram only CPU.. I am not using it anymore. it was never overclocked as I was happy with the speed of it and the huge L3 cache.

PS. I don't have the CPU Cooler for it..

This was the processor to come out before the AM3 socket was introduced. The 940 was the best AM2+ Processor ever produced and still makes a AM2+ board scream.
