do what I did take a heatpipe style Phonome II cooler and mount a Athlon II fan to it

quiet cool and my favorite CHEAP keeps the HTPC's X3 under 50c

I think that's a slightly beefier version of the Andy Samurai I reviewed many years back. It was so damn easy to install and worked great. That's a winner right there :toast:
